Description: A thunderstorm passes just to the south of my location. You can hear the trickle of a nearby stream, as well as a family of American Three-Toed Woodpeckers.
Species Present: American Three-Toed Woodpecker (Picoides dorsalis), Hammond's Flycatcher (Empidonax hammondii), Common Raven (Corvus corax)
Recording Equipment: Sound Devices 722 digital audio recorder; Two Audio Technica AT4022 omnidirectional microphones placed in homemade binaural housing
